As an Independent Auto Tech, you have COMPLETE CONTROL over what you do. If you only want to use the app to perform virtual consultations, go for it!

Does Eonn Auto take any commission from any Virtual Consultations or in-person jobs I perform?
No. Eonn Auto takes $0 commission from your completed Virtual Consultations or jobs. You only pay $19.95 a month. Note: Payment processing is done through third-party software, Stripe. Stripe charges a transaction fee for every transaction.

How do I get paid?
There are two ways Independent Auto Techs get paid when using the Eonn Auto App: For In-person appointments: Your clients pay you directly. For Virtual Consultations: Your clients pay you through the app once you complete the client's virtual consultation request.

Can other Independent Auto Techs using the Eonn Auto App take my clients?
No. Once a client accepts you as their personal tech, no other techs can see this person as a possible client. Note: Clients have the right to change their personal automotive auto tech at their discretion.

Do I have to quit my job to use Eonn Auto App?
No. You can use it as your part-time side hustle or your full-time job. You decide how you want to use the app because you have total control and your own boss.

How does Eonn Auto make money if they don't take a commission from the techs?
We charge $19.95 a month for the unlimited plan.

Can I communicate with clients without giving out my phone number?
Yes! Everything from setting appointments, private chat to virtual consultations are done through the app. The app also generates your unique tech ID link for advertising purposes that redirects anyone that clicks on it right to your Eonn Auto Tech Account acc. So you can use this link instead of your phone number to connect with new clients.

How do Independent Auto Techs find customers?
Independent Auto Techs can invite their clients through the app. We also run ad campaigns to attract in-app customers. The app also generates a unique tech ID link for social media advertising purposes that redirects anyone that clicks on it right back to your Eonn Auto Tech Account acc.
